[Plugin: Simple Facebook Connect] Best plugin for importing comments?

    Hi!
    I’ve been struggling with SFC and other “publish to facebook” plugins lately and I’m starting to get pretty tired of this now. All I want is simplicity, but it seems I can’t get it no matter how hard I try.

    Anyway… I know that SFC doesn’t import comments from facebook just yet, but I was wondering if anybody can recommend a functioning plugin for that. A few days ago I tried using the “facebook comments importer” or something like that, but it made my blog behave very badly unfortunately so I uninstalled it.

    Publishing posts to FB via notes is a no-go, since it always is some kind of trouble with the import of posts to FB. Almost all the plugins for importing comments from FB is via notes…

    Importing comments from FB into your own blog is a tricky proposition, and technically against FB’s Terms of Service, which is why I haven’t implemented it yet.

    Ok, that sounds a bit weird but that might explain why it’s such trouble when you try to import comments from FB.

    I guess that I can manage without the import then. And I hope that you’ll be able to implement that feature soon. If you’d manage to get it working, your plugin would be by far the best one to connect with facebook.
