http://feeddigest.com/ will let you format a style and create a feed, giving you a script to insert in a post or page. They also will aggregate feeds. A few output feeds are no charge, and more require a subscription. I have also used globalsyndication.com but results are erratic. Cacheing the feed results may help.
If you want to aggregate multiple feeds into one with a WP plugin, search aggregators Planet on Python, BDP, and CG FeedRead are possibilities. BDP Aggregator is just updated for WP 2.0 but does not seem to support 1.5 from recent comments read today.

is a test page for the feeddigest.com service which has been consistent, although a script blocker on the browser side (ex: Firefox NoScript) which I just installed kept it from appearing when I checked it, although enabling the site for scripts brought it up.
