[Plugin: Google Analytics for WordPress] Add tracking to menu items

Hi.

Great plugin! Works like a charm.
I have a request. Would it be possible to update the plugin, so that it will add tracking also to menu items.
The problem I have is that I want to add PDF link to menu, but GA code is not added to this link. This way I can’t track downloads made from this menu item. If I add PDF link to page/post, everything works very well (meaning that I have set the file extensions correctly in GA setting page).
