[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] deregister scripts and styles?

    Is there a way to use wp_deregister_script and wp_deregister_style with Nextgen Gallery?

    I´d like to let NGG write whatever necessary into the head section of NGG relevant pages but leave the rest of my site clean. At the moment scripts and css is being loaded on every page of my site, which is totally unnecessary.

    I can use this method to prevent jquery from loading but it doesn´t seem to work with ngg.js for example.
