CSS Issue: Unwanted Behavior in Nav Bar IE 8

    There is an unwanted behavior happening in my nav bar that I can not debug for some reason. It is happening only in IE (8). It works perfect in FF (4).

    When I view the site in IE (8) and roll over one of the links all the links to the right of the one rolled over collapse about 1px to left, making the links all shift left.

    I am usually pretty good at this stuff but for the life of me I can not figure it out. Could some one kindly take a look at this site:
