[Plugin: Simple Google Sitemap] date error, causing google to drop my website

I am getting this date error,

at the bottom of sitemap.xml file I get this

the zeros in the date are creating an error when google reads the file. I have this plugin installed on three other sites, on the same server, I only have a problem with this domain, http://www.cadtutordaily.com

any thoughts ???
