Support Forum Post says closed when I try to comment

On my last two attempts to post a question, I’ve gone back to add to it, and I’m redirected to a page that says this topic is closed. But when I’m on the page that has the entry for it says it’s still open. Also when I look at the list of topics mine show “anonymous” when I was definitely logged in when I posted.

Don’t believe I’ll ever see a response since other users are probably getting the same thing.
