failure in uploading background and header images

    Guys, can anyone of you kindly help me? I’m having problem whenever I upload images both for header and background. I’m using the theme of liquorice. You know, the uploading stops when it reaches 75%, 42%, 28% etc. I’ve tried it many times. what am I then supposed to do?
