[Plugin: WP-FB-comments] I tried now several times but i can't get it to work…

    Hey,

    first of all, thanks for your cool plugin but since your updates from Beta, i have problem to get the plugin to work!!

    maybe you can help me with it, cause i tried now 5 hours!!!!
    tried to create new facebook app and give new settings etc… nothing works…i think there is a problem with the App settings maybe..?

    i create a App and insert the Canvas Url the Callback url and the Siteadress and sitedomain.

    now i went to the wp-fb setting site and insert the appid and all other informations and saved it!

    Now i pressed the AdminConnect button and accept the App.

    Finish!

    But nothing works… i get this error:

    1 Pulling comments 31 0 202983326395881_203579016336312 Error returned from FBError validating application. Mon, 21 Mar 11 22:34:18 +0000
    2 Pulling comments 36 0 202983326395881_204136336280580 Error returned from FBError validating application. Mon, 21 Mar 11 22:34:18 +0000

    hello,

    i deinstall complete plugin and delete my app again and installed the newest 1.2.4 version of the plugin and create a new app and now it works very well 🙂 !!!!

    but 2 little question i have:

    on my wordpress blog, i embed a Youtube Video Link… it is possible, that this video link or much better the embeded video is visible in the facebook post..?

    and second: if i create a new Facebook comment, is it possible, that this comment automatical create a new wordpress blog article..? what i see, currently it is only possible to comment existing articles, but not to create a new article over facebook…

    I’ll be releasing a new plugin for complete merging of facebook page and WordPress. including videos pics etc. will try to make the experience a lot better

    do you know, under which name you will release the new plugin..? or it is a update of the currently one?

    fb-merge. do you see the name on the plugin nav bar and top of the page? facebook merge. That’ll be the name of the plugin. We’ll release a notice with a new version release of this plugin when we are done to help install the new plugin in 1 click. just keep this plugin updated and you’ll know when its out. 🙂
