Plugin suggestion for table style icons/info

    In short I’m moving one of my http://FreeMacApps.com to WordPress from Joomla and I was looking for a way to use a table layout like I did for this site.

    Also, is there a plugin I could use for app/program description? It would be great if when someone just moves the mouse of an icon that they get a bubble or short description about the application. This is the biggest request I’ve had for this site.
