changing the default upload directory in WP 2

Hi, I can upload pictures into my blog, but I’d like to change the directory that it goes into. In the previous versions of WP, I went into admin >> options >> misc. to change the default upload directory. That option doesn’t appear in WP 2. Now I only have these options: Track Links’ Update Times and Use legacy my-hacks.php file support. Can anyone help? Thanks.
