WordPress Plugins Are Not Working

Hi there,

Recently i migrated my website to another server for uptime issues,
i migrated all the parts of site including wordpress plugins and wp-content folder.

Even though i can write any articles and post it any time but now the problem is wordpress plugins are not working

When i contact my hosting company, they says there is no suExec facility in our hosting !

Is it a problem ??

I’m suspecting on permission errors !!!

What to do so more ???
