I want to import an RSS feed along with the entry, not just the title into a WP post. I like inlineRSS plug in, but it only imports titles. I read through the plug-ins and couldn't determine if any import more than just the title.

Look at the Import tab in your admin menu. The RSS importer imports RSS feeds as posts.

You mean Import Links? That doesn't seem to do the trick. I've looked at the admin area and don't see an Import tab of any others.
Does it make a dif that I am using 1.5 rather than 2.0? maybe the import is a feature in 2.0.
It is indeed in 2.0
You will need to upgrade first.

Darn it. I installed WP through my Web host provider rather than do it from scratch. Will let host know it's time for an upgrade! Thanks, folks.

Just wondering: you want to import an RSS feed remotely through a link, or locally by uploading an RSS file?
v2 only supports uploading as far as I found out with my v2 installation.
