MU and access to a single subdomain: is it possibile?

Hi everybody!

I’m planning to build a multisite, multidomain with WP.
Each subdomain refers to a blog (each blog has its admin).

Is it possible having the option to subscribe to a single subdomain, so that each blogger will have his own subscribers and his own mailing list (maybe with Aweber)?

Do I need any plugin to accomplish it? Which one?
