[Plugin: eShop] Shipping options help needed

I am trying to get eShop to work on http://www.daisywheel.co.uk but I am having problems with the shipping.

I’ve looked at the help section here – http://quirm.net/wiki/eshop/configuration/ but I can’t find an answer.

The first problem is that the shipping options are not showing up on the checkout page, there should be 2 choices.

I am trying to get the shipping to work with Method 1 ( per quantity of 1, prices reduced for additional items ) but with 2 modes:
Royal Mail Parcel Post Signed For
Royal Mail Next Day Delivery

I have tried putting shipclass=’A,B’ under Show (which details, separated by commas, to show and in which order – acceptable values and the default order: sku, description, options, optionset, shipping in the settings section but it changes to shipclass=\\A,B\\
