Need .css help with Dark Real Estate Theme by Quality WordPress

I have edited the images for my site and you can see that here:

My problem is with the footer image. Scroll to bottom of my site and you’ll see that the image is not centered between the side columns properly. Very close look at demo, show’s the same.

I have tried to edit the placing of the bg image for footer, script had area in footer.php to have bg image in table, also in .css file there is link for bg in footer. I’ve tried both and both are lopsided to the right, as you see.

One thing I should mention is that when I went to edit this footer it had been encoded. Today I read that perhaps I shouldn’t use a theme that was encrypted, as it could be bad code.

Does anyone have experience with this organizations code, is your opinion that I can use it, or are there similar themes that I can get my upper image into? ~that you might recommend.

I’ll show copy of the main .css file, if you can see and let me know how I can center the footer image, I’d appreciate it.
