General Settings – Missing Options

    Hello,

    I just noticed on my blog that when I go to the General Settings section that I am missing options in it. I have another blog which shows these items:

    Site Title
    Tagline
    WordPress address (URL)
    Site address (URL)
    E-mail address
    Membership
    New User Default Role
    TimeZone
    Date Format
    Time Format
    Week Starts On

    However, on my other blog when I go to General Settings I only have:

    Site Title
    Tagline
    E-mail address
    TimeZone
    Date Format
    Time Format
    Week Starts On

    The field options WordPress address (URL), Site address (URL), Membership, and New User Default Role are missing.

    Any ideas why this might be the case? I haven’t added any new plugins recently so I’m just curious if possibly a 3.1 upgrade didn’t go in properly?
