Restrict author to view posts from certain category in admin panel

Hello there,
I have seen a plugin that restricts posts from other authors to be displayed in an another author.
In my case I would like to link an author with a category. What I mean is that the 5 authors of my blog will be “charged” with 5 categories, each one will have his own.
How can I restrict what he views in wp-admin/edit.php to the posts of a certain category only?
