There is no Custum Fields bar in wordpress

Hello,

I don’t understand how it could be. When I’m writing a new post there always have been bar with custom fields under the text. I have 2 sites on wordpress and on two of them is the same. I turned off all of the pluggins and didn’t work (no custom fields). Can anyone help me?
