Plugin to display page title and abstract on frontpage of blog?

    Hi there,

    does anybody know whether there is a plugin for WP available that displays the very first 2-3 sentences and the title of the latest pages on the blog’s frontpage, just like new post entries are displayed on the frontpage?

    Every week I am creating a few new pages, and I want the title and the first few sentences of the content of those pages to be ‘announced’ on the frontpage, just like new posts are announced there.
