[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Snippet Preview Issue in Firefox

    I have found that using the snippet preview in Firefox makes everything really really slow. I mean there’s a huge delay in the appearance of words after I type them, both in the seo boxes and the snippet preview itself. I’m using FF 3.6 and plugin’s latest version. I’ve tried it on Chrome and it works fine on that.

    Any ideas how to fix this?

    I seem to be having the same problem. FF slows to a crawl and anything I type appears in slow motion.

    In place of the snippet preview, I sometimes see a message from my webhost indicating that I’ve been throttled for excessive spidering/resource usage. Seems like the preview feature is making numerous calls that is stretching the limits of my webhost.

    I haven’t tried it on other browsers, but FF is much faster than IE and I’m reluctant to stop using it. Perhaps if there was a way to turn snippet preview off?
