   I found the wphooks site while compiling my list. Found it hard to use (IMHO) and not updated with WP 2.0 hooks like mce_options etc.. Your mileage may vary.
   Also it doesn't distinguish between hooks and filters which though are code-wise same but serve entirely different functionality.

   In my list I have taken care of all of the above. Additionally I provide source code information of the hook, all in a single page.
