Some bugfixes and some permalink improvements:

* Feature: added #_LATITUDE and #_LONGITUDE placeholders
* Feature: added #_IS_RSVP_ENABLED shortcode, returns 1 if RSVP is enabled and active for the event, 0 otherwise
* Feature: you can disable EME SEO permalinks, if it doesn’t work or you just don’t want to use them …
* Bugfix: rewrite rules (for permalinks) should use home_url(), not site_url()
* Bugfix: #_LOCATIONPAGEURL didn’t return a SEO permalink
* Bugfix: #_PAST_FUTURE_CLASS didn’t work as expected
* Bugfix: list widget was not escaping all characters correctly when editing its settings
* Bugfix: filter form fix

Thanks for that. I fixed the JS bug in trunk for eme_events.php, but I’ve seen the location issue also (it’s a missing CSS thing I guess) but I can’t figure out why …

Another issue was found.
Certain sequences of characters are automatically replaced in the Events Details. See screenshots.

Seems like there is another bug

2 Events on the same day, one fully booked, one with free spaces.

The shortcode [Events-list] shows all booked, using the single_event shortcode shows them correctly as one booked, one with free spaces..
