After upgrading to WP 2.0, each time i edit and save a post with flash embeded with 'Kimili Flash Embed' Plugin, the tag code in the post:
    <kml_flashembed movie="http://mysite/slideshow.swf" height="500" width="600" fvars="xmlfile=http://mysite/slideshow/images.xml" quality="best" bgcolor="#000000"></kml_flashembed>

are automatically deleted by WP 2.0.
I didn't find any option to avoid this.

Have you tried to deactivate the plugin, disabling the rich text editor, and embedding the flash file yourself?
May be a problem with the plugin.

Deactivate the plug in, yes. Disabling the rich text editor, yes (Options / Write), embedding flash myself, i don't know how to do (i have a lot of parameters to give behind the swf)

While you're on Options/Write, have you tried disabling:

WordPress should correct invalidly nested XHTML automatically

That can be a bit aggressive in removing tags it doesn't know about

Only users that have 'Administrator' or 'Editor' roles can add arbitray markup. Users with other roles have their posts filtered for security reasons.

Depending on the software you're using to make your flash movies, you might be able to have it automatically make the HTML for you. Namo Freemotion has a publish option like this.

OK. I have circumvent the problem by disabling the visual editor TinyMCE, not in Options/Write but in Users/My Profile. But it's a pity not to be able to configure TinyMCE.
