deleted files, but content is still there, somewhere.

Okay, this is awfully embarrassing, but I deleted many, but apparently not all of my wp files from the root directory. I thought I was backed up… well I wasn’t, or not in a way I understand.

So I bit the bullet and uploaded wp again. When using http://example.com/wp-admin/install.php it told me something like it was already installed and I’d need to delete. I went to wp-login.php and low and behold much of the content is there in posts.

but nothing can be seen at http://ohttp://oldfatbroadsloseweight.com/

Tried updating one post, didn’t work. Of course I can copy everything that’s there, but is there a better way? Is there a way to get what’s seeable in the dashboard viewable at the domain?
