Switching from Mambo

Assuming it is the only import script lying about, I suggest you contact its author for help specifying to us/him/her the error that you get. As for other ways, you could edit the table manually using the INSERT INTO TABLE statements or PhpMyAdmin if it proves to be more productive. It is otherwise a manual copy and paste job or a programming job on your behalf.
