Followed instructions and I installed successfully wordpress 1.5.2. Revieved password and went to log into admin. It brings me to a php info page.
Blog is here http://scottphotography.net/blog/
IE 6.0.2, PHP 4.311 and MYSQL 4.0.12.
Host is looking into it but thought I would try here.
I tried installing 2.0 and still get same thing.
Currently 2.0 is installed.
What is the address of this info page ?
Does such a file exist on the server / on your site ?

When I got to http://scottphotography.net/blog/wp-login.php and put in my login info given to me at the end of installation, it then takes me to http://scottphotography.net/blog/wp-admin/profile.php

I uninstalled 1.52 and installed wordpress 2.0 and still get this.
I get through the installation fine, but when I login to admin with
my given username and password, it looks like this
http://www.scottphotography.net/dwf/blogproblem.jpg
Any help? I really want to use Wordpress for my business.

I cleared my database and installed 2.0 from 1.5. I am still
getting this error. When I login to admin, it looks like this:

Go into /wp-admin and look at the index.php file there. You have a "phpinfo();" call in there. You will want to overwrite that file from the index.php in the Wordpress.ZIP file.

Try to re-upload a fresh copy of the wp-admin/profile.php file.

well, I was having issues with my website. so i removed my blog folder.
i had my website designer fix my site.
so I clear my blog tables and then reinstall 2.0.
smooth install but still get same page when go into admin.
FYI...here is my new blog admin page http://scottphotography.net/wordpress/wp-admin/

Possibilities:
- your copy of WP is corrupted
- your server is screwed up
Please, post your wp-admin/index.php fie to http://pastebin.com and post back with the address.

This is from the wordpress 2.0 version downloaded today from the site.
That is seriously bizarre. There is no phpinfo() call in all of WordPress' core files, so I'm going to have to agree with moshu, either a file/plugin is funky or your server is messed up. Would it be possible to try a different hosting enviroment?
