[Plugin: User Access Manager] Include permissions for menus in the plugin

    Hi Alex,

    GREAT PLUGIN!!! There is only one thing that I am missing (and I apologise if this has been asked before) which is to include the protection of menu items. FOr example, I have two parent pages that I have protected with UAM and they work brilliantly but I have also added them to my menu (using standard WP functionality) and these menu items are now visible to users who don’t have permission to vew the underlying pages. Is this something you could include?
