I'm using FireFox and am having problems with the posting page.
When I enlarge the font above the base size (which I usually do) the box headers don't line up correctly - they expand out to the left and the box doesn't expand to match.
Any suggestions?

It's unlikely to be considered a bug, but liquid layouts are good for that reason. Post a report at Trac and label it a wishlist feature.
Poorer eyesight is no reason for worse usability. There are always fixes available, but there are trade-offs too, so don't get your hopes up.
