[Plugin: WP jQuery Lightbox] Disable for a Particular Photo

I would like to disable the WP-JQuery-Lightbox plugin for one particular photo — it’s a big one, and we want it to display at full size, instead of sized down for a screen.

Is there an easy way to do this?

And thanks for this plugin, btw! It’s great!
