skippy’s gravatars HELP

Hi.
I am having trouble with the gravatars plugin, maybe someone could help me.

firstly.
the plugin is only working when I activate the convatars plugin, otherwise, no gravatars show up.

second:

when I allow local gravats and switch over to the users gravatar menu I get this error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare gravatar_menu() (previously declared in
blog/wp-content/plugins/gravatars.php:24) in blog/wp-content/plugins/gravatars.php on line 23

then the users gravatar menu dissappears (the one after “your profile” “Authors & Users”)
and when I switch back to the gravatars options, the settings are all resetted.

help would be much appreciated.
