WYSIWYG text area covered by right side bar options (Publish, Categories)

Certain plugins provide features via buttons in the the WYSIWYG editor. This is wonderful when you’re using a very large monitor because it is possible to stretch the width of the browser so the area where text has been entered can be seen.

When using a laptop an issue arises. The right side bar options, ex: Publish & Categories, cover the post/page text area. This makes it fairly difficult to add or edit a new entry.

I wasn’t able to find anything in the forums noting how this could be changed, does anyone have a suggestion or solution? Is it possible to move new buttons to the 2nd or 3rd row?
