• Looking for some advice here from folks who might already have set this up:

    Parameters:
    1. User Registration / Paid For Subscription Access (Members plugin will work for this as well as restricting page access)

    2. I want to allow users once registered to be able to set up their own private (or public) space where they can load photos and make posts to a private area. I suspect this can be a unique page or set of posts.

    3. Content: a mixture of photos and text.

The idea that it would be for a memorial website where a family member would register and then have the ability to enter photo and texts. I would want to be able to limit the amount of image memory used or restrict the number and size of images they upload.

I suspect there is a plugin or series of plugins that I might adapt to do this. Does anyone have a website like this up and running and if so what plugins are being used to create the functionality.

An example website is: http://www.forevermissed.com/ I spoke to the developer at this site and it is all written from the ground up… no wordpress used. (Took him 6 months of coding to do it). I would be looking to do something basic — not elaborate.

Any ideas ?? Would like to see links to any site that is set up to provide this sort of functionality as I described above. How would you go about doing it in WordPress??
