suggestions for creating a ride share

I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for creating a rideshare board for a website for a festival that I’m creating. http://tribalconvergence.com/

I would love to create a system so that people can fill out a form like at http://rideshare.belovedfestival.com/new_ride.php?form_type=offer which will then put their information into a certain section depending on whether they are offering or needing a ride, and their geographic location.

I’m curious if anyone has any plug-ins suggestions for WordPress to assist with this, or any other suggestions on how to go about doing that.
