WP wysiwyg editor disappeared

After reading through the forums on this particular problem I must say I am at a complete loss. We had just got done transferring our web site and WP blog to a new VPS and everything went as expected. At that time I had version 3.0.4 and I noticed that my visual editor had disappeared. I am using the Twenty-Ten theme and I have already gone through all of my plugins turning them all off and then turning them back on one at a time while checking to see if the editor reappears which it has not. This morning I was notified that version 3.0.5 was available and I upgraded to it. Still no visual editor. I have reinstalled the wp_includes and wp_admin folders still no change. I would appreciate some input here as I have no idea how to get this back.
