Theme Change and then blocked out

    I changed the theme and when I try to go back into the site I get this error:

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting T_OLD_FUNCTION or T_FUNCTION or T_VAR or ‘}’ in D:\inetpub\vhosts\innforapenny.com\httpdocs\wp-content\themes\php-ease\classes\WPage.php on line 23

    H.E.L.P. please.
