Have an entry be a post AND a page?

    A client has asked me if a page they created can also be a blog post — without recreating it. In my (admittedly limited) understanding of WP, page and post are different and never the two shall meet; but is there a way to do this in either direction? E.g. when I create a page can it also be a blog post, OR when I create a blog post can it also be a page?

    I think not without duplicating it.

    In the wp database there is field that says post or page –

    Cannot see how to force that to be both?
