[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Form 1 works but Form 2 does not

    Hello all,

    Love Contact Form 7. First form is sending correctly. Second form in a template; <?php echo do_shortcode('[contact-form 2 "Newsletter Signup"]'); ?> Says it is sending successfully and I never recieve emails.

    As near as I can tell, both forms (one working, one not) are set up identically. Is there something I need to know about the second form, perhaps something to do with the shortcode? It displays faithfully and seems to function as an interface element.

    The form that I can recieve mail from is here: http://itt-s.com/dev/request-info-2/

    The form that I cannot recieve mail from is located in the sidebar of all pages on that site and is a newsletter and Discount Opt-in form attempting to capture the email address-only. It’s background image contains the words “Sign Up for Email Specials”.

    Any help is greatly appreciated. -c-
