Import Custom RSS Feed into WordPress Template

    I tried looking at the plugin’s and forum posts but I cant seem to find what I am looking for so I hope someone can direct me.

    What I am looking for is a way I can give word press (or a plugin) a Feed URL for it to import the data but then specify how it should read the data with If/Then statements and combining different parts of the feed. Is there a plugin like this, or am I just not seeing it?
