Request – Weekly/Monthly roundup

Not sure if this has been requested before, but it would definitely be a great feature.
Basically what I am thinking of is just a weekly and monthly roundup of all blog posts, to go to those who enter the email into a form.
This could sort of work as a newsletter for the blog, which would be quite useful for what I am doing.
