How do I make a link link to the same page but in a different position?

    How can I make a link link to a different spot of the same page that the link is on? For example take a look at http://bandcamp.com/faq

    When you click on one of the subcategories it’s still the same page, bu the link links you to a lower portion of the page. How can I go about achieving this?
