plugin/pages not showing up in some themes?

almost put this in the plugins forum but i think its more of a theme issue vs plugins.
one of my sites im currently using the plain text theme which is cool but its just that,very plain(i think ive noticed this for other random themes as well though) ie the problem being:

i have easy privacy policy plugin going and it doesnt show up anywhere,nor do any of my other pages that i create. strangely enough i just noticed the pages showup when im on an inner blog post or page but do not on the root, which i definitely need.
