Restrict Group Creation CSS

I’m using the Restrict Group Creation plugin to stop users on my site from creating new groups in Buddypress. I’ve restriced their access, but the button still shows up. The plugin says that it adds CSS to remove the button, but mine is still there. Is there an easier way to remove that button?
