How to check for duplicate permalinks?

    If you have been running WordPress since the release of v1.5, it should be automatically appending numbers to the end of any duplicate post slugs. Ex:

    this-is-permalink-to-article
    this-is-permalink-to-article-2
    this-is-permalink-to-article-3

    If you have been using WordPress since v1.2.x, you will only have to worry about the posts that were made before you upgraded to v1.5.x. Unfortunately, the only way that I know of to fix those would be to manually search through all of the links for any duplicates.
