That shouldn’t be the case. Can you help us reproduce the problem? Was it specific browsers that caused the issue? Do you know what time you tested it out? (perhaps we can correlate this bug report with our server logs). Anything else you can tell us to help us reproduce this issue would be much appreciated. Thanks!
Well mine was working for months and then just disappeared. I was using Firefox at the time. Some of the things I tried were, cleared the cache, deactivate/reactivate, changed browser to Google, reset computer and final delete Envolve then reloaded it. Nothing worked. This is the only chat program that I ever go to work that I liked, and now it’s gone too.

From what I understand, it’s only on my website that it is not showing. I had a reader tell me that they can see it and it seemed to be working.
I have it deactivated at the moment, but I’ll reactivate it in case you need to do something with it.
