can't send email to subscribers with godaddy hosting

    Does anyone have any idea how to send an email update to subscribers from Go Daddy? I’m using the plugin Emu2 – Email Users 2. I’m not sure what to edit to make it send mail.

    This is the response I got from the GD’s site.

    I also called and they tried to help, but of course told me to google. Because you are on our Shared Hosting plans, you need to make sure that you have the correct server information. Mails sent from our Shared Hosting, should use the server name relay-hosting.secureserver.net. You should not be sending a username or password to this server, and unless this is required by your application.

    Anyone know of a plugin to email subscribers from a WP blog that works with go daddy?

    I have a similar problem, also with a Godaddy hosting: WP does not even send emails for the normal notifications – e.g. when comments are posted, or similar.
    I am using WP 3.0.5, and use also a SMTP plugin for WP, but this does not help.
    Funny enough, if I use the send email test from the SMTP mail plugin, everything is working fine. But if then somebody posts a new comment, I don’t get the email notification about this…
    I could not find either a solution.
