[Plugin: WordPress Related Posts] Pushing the results down a few lines?

I would love to be able to add a few </br> before the plugin’s results are posted below a post.

As it stands now, the plugin’s results are crowding my sexy share buttons a little too much.

Where would I add a few breaks in order to give both plugins a little breathing room?
