Newsletter For WordPress?

    I know there are a lot of scripts for WordPress newsletters, but these seem to all require a subscription service (i.e. Constant Contact) or require users to sign up to the blog itself. Can anyone tell me if there’s a newsletter plug-in for wordpress that does NOT require a subscription or blog sign up? Something that the visitor can just add their name / email and the owner can send out emails from the administrator panel?
