Image Vote Plugin?

I have been looking everywhere online for an image voting system. I.e there is a thumb up on every image inside a post…if you like it then click the thumb up and it keeps count.

It seems like such a simple thing – i have seen this for pages/post/comments but not images itself.

I found a jquery with javascript but do not have the knowledge to integrate it with wordpress – such as this: http://www.9lessons.info/2009/09/favourite-rating-with-jquery-and-ajax.html

Anyone know of any plugin or how to implement such a thing?
