How to stop image post being indexed separately from original post?

Hello guys, i really need your help.

So this is my original post,

but I recently realize that visitors actually come visiting the image file separately in here http://www.durianboy.com/2010/12/selena-gomez-tattoo-on-her-wrist/selenagomez-tattoo-2/ instead of the original post.

Is it possible to force so that the image file is not accessible or not click-able? I want visitor to go to mian post, not the file. thanks alot.
